At this time, So Smooth Fresh ships to addresses within the United States only.
2. Shipping Rates
Our current standard shipping structure is:
- $3.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under $25
- Free shipping on orders of $25 or more
Shipping discounts, when applicable, are reflected automatically at checkout.
3. Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During holiday periods, special promotions, or higher-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
4. Delivery Time
Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on destination, carrier timelines, and order timing.
5. Tracking Information
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been processed and dispatched.
6. Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. So Smooth Fresh is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered at the time of purchase.
7. Lost Or Stolen Packages
If a carrier marks your package as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly first. Once an order is confirmed delivered by the carrier, we may not be able to replace or refund the package.
8. Delays Outside Our Control
Delivery timing may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high shipping volume, or other events outside our control. While we aim to keep the experience smooth and reliable, some delays can happen.
